they must surely come your way |
In this Season like it is on daily basis, it becomes pertinent that light be thrown on these two varying degrees of challenge we face in life before we attain the height enviably set for us by God.
As a result of certain confusion that arises from certain portions of the Bible that God tempts His human creation, effort is now made to clarify the difference between Trial and Temptation.
Trial from theological point of view is God’s manner and medium of seeking your attention for your own goodness’ sake. What and how you handle such a trial determines what you will achieve as success or otherwise through this trial. Such trials come our way especially when something good is about to come our way from God. Therefore, it behooves on you to be mindful of such trials so as to guard against losing your destiny’s expectations. On the other hand, temptations are strictly coming from Satan. Temptations are like spanners thrown into your life’s engine bloc to destroy your growth, increase and success. Temptations do not work out anything good for you – they are geared towards destroying someone’ destiny and cutting one’s life short.
That is not your portion in Jesus’ name. Amen!
